Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos that reflect Rockcastles brand identity and ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent visuals and messaging.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify engagement opportunities.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Support in drafting captions, copywriting, and campaign ideas aligned with Rockcastle's goals.
  • Track social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of social media strategy, content engagement, and brand communication.
  • Creative mindset with skills in content creation, photography, or video editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing within a creative environment.
