  • Perform incoming inspection of raw materials .
  • Conduct in-process inspection at various manufacturing stages to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection reports and test data.
  • Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for production and inspection equipment.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine maintenance and calibration of measuring instruments.
  • Record and track downtime and preventive maintenance data for continual improvement.
  • Support in development of process parameters, trial runs, and validation during new product development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Purchase) to ensure a smooth development process.
  • Maintain a workplace organized through 5S activities in inspection and production areas.
  • Oversee training of workers, Identify training need from H.O.D's, Create training plan & organise training. Evaluate training & check effectiveness of the training & Update skill matrix.
  • Ensure adequate skills & availability of workers at each work station.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–3 years in a Quality role in a manufacturing or industrial company
  • Familiarity with quality tools and HR processes is highly desirable.

Education : B.TECH in Mech. Engg. (Required)
