Position - Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits as per approved audit plans and schedules
• Review financial records, expense claims, travel reimbursements, and vendor payments
• Identify control gaps, policy violations, and process inefficiencies
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, and regulatory guidelines
• Verify employee bills, reimbursements, and detect irregularities or fraudulent activities
• Prepare audit reports with findings, observations, and recommendations
• Follow up on audit observations and track corrective actions
• Coordinate with departments to obtain required information and clarifications
• Support management in risk assessment and internal control improvements

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and internal controls
• Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel and audit documentation
• Effective communication and report-writing skills
