Role Overview

As a
Sales & Marketing Intern at Nynii
, you will be at the heart of our growth efforts. You will contribute to both
sales activities (user & partner acquisition)
and
marketing initiatives (brand visibility & engagement)
, helping us scale across India. This internship is ideal for candidates who are ambitious, creative, and excited to work in a high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Growth:
    Assist in onboarding gig workers and partners (maids, cooks, caregivers, and brands).
  • Marketing Campaigns:
    Support in designing and executing digital campaigns across social media, email, and referral programs.
  • Lead Generation:
    Research and identify potential users, clients, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Content Support:
    Create engaging social media posts, reels, and stories aligned with Nynii's mission.
  • Brand Collaboration:
    Assist the team in approaching and managing brand partners for promotions and offers.
  • Analytics:
    Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • On-ground Events (if applicable):
    Support marketing activities like community drives, awareness events, and referral activations.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Creative mindset with a strong interest in startups and gig economy.
  • Experience in MS Office/Microsoft Workspace; knowledge of Canva is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
