Company Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic MERN Stack with Python Lead to join our growing team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in building scalable applications, leading development teams, and driving full-stack solutions using the MERN stack along with Python-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development using MongoDB, , , , and Python.
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers; ensure best coding standards and practices.
  • Integrate front-end components with server-side logic and third-party APIs.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve performance of applications.
  • Manage project timelines, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, , , ).
  • Solid experience with Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI preferred).
  • Experience in RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend integrations.
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead a development team.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
