Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations. The role involves supervising sales staff, maintaining visual display, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with prior experience in retail or fashion stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide sales staff on the floor.
  • Ensure products are well displayed and organized.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and stock availability.
  • Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and overall store presentation.
  • Support management in achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in retail/fashion store management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software).
  • Ability to handle a team and maintain a positive work environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred (any stream).

Job Type: Full-time
