Assistant Manager - Project Sales

Location: Surat | Vadodara

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client & stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify new opportunities through research & networking.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and bids with technical teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution & timely delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and adjust sales strategies.
  • Monitor pipeline, provide sales forecasts & performance reports.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication & issue resolution.
  • Review sales performance and realign strategies to meet targets.

Qualification & skills

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Project Sales Building Materials Architectural Hardware | Railings | Building Materials | Furniture | Plywood | Adhesives | Bathroom Accessories | Locks | Glass | Faades | Aluminium & UPVC/APVC Windows & Doors | Fabrication | Construction-related industries
  • Strong client relationship & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
  • Market awareness and analytical ability for sales forecasting.
