About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets professional with 5-6 years of expertise in equity fundraising and investment banking transactions. The candidate should have strong exposure to IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Bonds, and other capital market deals, along with a deep understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance. This role involves active deal execution, advising clients, and managing end-to-end capital market transactions.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.

· Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring.

· Ensure all deals comply with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines.

· Manage end-to-end deal execution - from due diligence, drafting offer documents, and coordinating with regulators to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.

· Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.

· Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.

· Support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.

· Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

· CA/ Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce, or related fields.

· 5–6 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.

· Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.

· Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks.

· Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

· Established network with market participants, including investors and intermediaries, is a strong plus.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
