Requirements

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with proven expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, excellent design execution skills, and the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple digital and print platforms.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality creative assets that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and communications to create impactful visuals that engage our audience and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Design & Branding:
    • Develop creative concepts, graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print media.
    • Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and deliver a strong brand identity.
    • Adapt designs across multiple formats including social media posts, banners, presentations, websites, and brochures.
  • Adobe Suite Expertise:
    • Use Photoshop for high-quality image editing, retouching, and manipulation.
    • Leverage Illustrator for creating vector-based illustrations, logos, and design elements.
    • Utilize InDesign for designing layouts, marketing collateral, and publication materials.
    • Apply Premiere Pro skills to create and edit video content, animations, and promotional clips.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with marketing and product teams to translate briefs into impactful designs.
    • Understand business and campaign requirements, ensuring timely and quality creative output.
    • Collaborate with content writers, videographers, and developers to bring concepts to execution.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising creativity.
    • Organize and maintain design files, templates, and assets for efficient workflow.
    • Contribute innovative ideas to improve design processes and enhance creative output.
  • Innovation & Trend Awareness:
    • Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas.
    • Experiment with new design techniques, layouts, and digital formats.
    • Ensure designs are optimized for both digital platforms (social, web, video) and print production.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign (mandatory).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design, layout, branding, and video editing work.
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
