Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Criminal and Civil Matrimonial position at the Civil Court District located in Deoria. The incumbent will be responsible for handling all aspects of criminal and civil matrimonial cases. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing sound legal advice. Day-to-day tasks also include attending court hearings, negotiating settlements, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to matrimonial and criminal cases. Collaboration with other court officials and staff will also be a part of daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting case analysis
- Experience in representing clients in court and negotiating settlements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of criminal and civil matrimonial laws
- Professional and ethical conduct in all duties
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from an accredited institution
- Valid license to practice law in the specified jurisdiction
- Prior experience in a similar legal role is preferred
