Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC professional to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in CNC machine operation, setup, and programming, with hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and set up CNC machines (Lathe / Milling / VMC / HMC).
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
  • Perform CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens / HAAS / Mazak controllers).
  • Ensure precision machining as per required tolerances and specifications.
  • Conduct regular machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, etc.).
  • Optimize machining processes for productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet delivery targets.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience (28 years) in CNC machine operation/programming.
  • Hands-on experience with G-code, M-code, and CAM software.
  • Strong knowledge of machining tools, cutting speeds, and feeds.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in automotive, aerospace, or precision component manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5S.
