Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and work closely with potential and existing clients. Additional responsibilities include managing relationships with accounts, maintaining client satisfaction, and exploring ways to maximize growth opportunities. The role demands collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to support revenue generation and expand market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development, including identifying opportunities and driving growth strategies
  • Experience in Lead Generation and converting leads into clients
  • Strong knowledge of Business and Account Management to build and maintain valuable client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively build rapport and communicate with clients and team members
  • Analytical and strategic thinking to develop competitive edge and actionable development plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in corporate mobility or transportation solutions is an advantage
