Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

  • Need to attend Customer and keep them informed the available PS5 bundle and offers.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere on the shop floor.

2.Sales & Product Guidance:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right PS5 bundle and complementary products such as peripherals and games.
  • Drive sales through active customer engagement, upselling, and suggestive selling techniques.

3.Product Knowledge & Support:

  • Share in-depth knowledge about the PS5 and related products with customers.
  • Ensure a smooth and hassle-free billing and checkout experience for all customers.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Experience: 3 to 7 years in retail sales or customer-facing roles (experience in gaming industry is a plus)
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and the regional language

  • Other Requirements:

  • Passionate about gaming and updated with the latest trends in the gaming industry

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic, customer-focused, and sales-driven
