  • Staff Management:

  • Addressing employee concerns and resolving issues.
  • Creating and managing employee work schedules.
  • Production Oversight:
  • Monitoring production output to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks.
  • Implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate production records and reports.
  • Quality Control:
  • Performing quality checks on products throughout the production process.
  • Implementing quality control measures to minimize defects.
  • Investigating and addressing quality issues
  • Equipment Management:
  • Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Scheduling routine equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Identifying and addressing equipment malfunctions
  • Safety Compliance:
  • Enforcing safety procedures and regulations on the production floor.
  • Conducting safety training for employees
  • Investigating and reporting safety incidents
