Position: Automation Selenium Tester

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Automation Selenium Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Selenium to design and implement automated test scripts, ensuring the quality of our applications through rigorous testing processes. You will collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to guarantee that testing efforts align with project timelines and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver for web applications.
  • Collaborate with the testing and development teams to understand application functionality and identify areas for automation.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automated test scripts, ensuring they align with evolving application functionalities.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing as part of the software development lifecycle.
  • Identify, report, and track defects in a defect management system, contributing to root cause analysis.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on test automation practices.
  • Document test procedures, test cases, and automation results for future reference and compliance.
Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Java or Python.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team.
