Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-quality, conversion-driven copy for digital campaigns, social media, website content, email marketing, and paid ads.
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketing teams to create compelling brand storytelling.
  • Simplify complex financial concepts into engaging and digestible content for a broad audience.
  • Oversee content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and user engagement goals.
  • Optimize copy for SEO, performance marketing, and user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and best practices in digital content.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or a similar role within an advertising agency.
  • Proven ability to craft impactful digital-first content across multiple formats (social media, ads, blogs, UX copy, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of personal finance and ability to translate financial concepts into user-friendly content.
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or women-focused platforms.
  • Exposure to UX writing and microcopy development.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital content.
