Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Assistant Professors and Lecturers at Stephens College of Pharmacy, located in Jammu. Responsibilities include planning and delivering lectures, guiding and mentoring students, conducting research, and participating in curriculum development. Faculty members will also contribute to academic committees, attend professional development activities, and ensure compliance with academic regulations to maintain a high standard of education and student engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy-related fields along with demonstrated expertise in academics or professional practice in pharmacy.
• Effective teaching skills, with the ability to develop and deliver engaging, high-quality educational content and lectures.
• Proficiency in research methodologies and commitment to engaging in ongoing academic research.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities for mentoring and collaboration.
• Experience with curriculum development, academic program design, or educational planning is a plus.
• Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D), relevant field, or equivalent professional qualifications preferred. Candidates with a Master's in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) and teaching experience are also encouraged to apply.
