Join ZS's Business Technology team to help leading pharma clients reimagine their supply chain and manufacturing operations using modern data platforms, cloud engineering, and Generative AI innovation. You'll architect intelligent solutions powered by Databricks, FastAPI / , and cloud technologies to deliver measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Partner with pharma clients to transform complex supply chain and manufacturing processes through datadriven solutions.
- Lead data engineering and solution design using Databricks, PySpark, and cloud environments (AWS / Azure).
- Build and integrate robust APIs (FastAPI / ) to enable scalable data and system connectivity.
- Deploy Gen AI and advanced analytics for forecasting, quality, and cost optimization.
- Integrate data from ERP, MES, and LIMS to enable endtoend visibility.
- Manage delivery using Agile / Scrum, with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Lead and mentor crossfunctional project teams to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery.
MustHave Skills
- 7-9 years of experience in backend engineering or technology consulting.
- Strong expertise with Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and cloud data pipelines.
- Experience developing APIs (FastAPI / ) and integrating enterprise systems.
- Background in pharma supply chain or manufacturing technology.
- Familiarity with Scrum / Agile frameworks and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, problemsolving, and leadership skills.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or prompt engineering in realworld use cases.
- Understanding of GxP, FDA, or regulated manufacturing data environments.
- Knowledge of data governance, DevOps, or cloud automation frameworks.
