Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives with strong experience in the paints industry and established dealer and distributor connections in the Bhopal region.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory
- Develop and manage strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers
- Appoint new dealers and expand market reach in assigned areas
- Execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and market share
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding follow-ups
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth operations
- Promote new product launches and schemes to channel partners
- Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback for management
- Ensure brand representation and compliance with company policies
Key Requirements
- 2–10 years of sales experience in paints industry (mandatory)
- Strong dealer, distributor, and retailer network in Bhopal and nearby regions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused approach
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
Designation Based on Experience
- Sales Executive: 2–5 Years
- Senior Sales Executive: 5–10 Years
