Job Title: Marketing Intern (Work from Home)

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (WFH)

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support our influencer marketing initiatives and digital campaigns. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and brand collaborations. You will assist the team in influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and shortlist relevant influencers (micro, macro, and niche) matching our brand audience.
  • Maintain an updated database of influencers and their contact details.
  • Assist in contacting influencers and pitching brand collaborations.
  • Support negotiation of deliverables, timelines, and budgets under team guidance.
  • Help prepare influencer briefs with clear messaging and positioning.
  • Coordinate content approvals and ensure timely execution of posts.
  • Assist in maintaining positive relationships with influencers for future campaigns.
  • Help resolve queries and ensure smooth communication during campaigns.
  • Track campaign metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Support in preparing performance reports and insights.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and competitor strategies.
  • Suggest creative ideas for upcoming campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online research tools.
  • Creative mindset and eagerness to learn.
