Summary: The Custom Software Engineer plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and enhancing custom software solutions tailored to specific business needs. As a subject matter expert (SME), this individual leads technical decision -making, drives innovation, and ensures high -quality, scalable, and performant applications through agile practices and modern development frameworks. The role emphasizes collaboration across cross -functional teams, continuous process improvement, and mentorship of junior engineers, contributing to both team growth and organizational success. Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and lead technical decisions within the team. - Collaborate with cross -functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Design, code, and enhance software components across systems and applications. - Lead and manage team activities to ensure timely and high -quality delivery. - Provide strategic solutions to technical challenges for both immediate and broader team needs. - Mentor junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Continuously evaluate and optimize development processes to improve efficiency and output. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of hands -on experience in React Native development. - Proficiency in React Native with a strong understanding of mobile application development principles. - Demonstrated experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. - Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. - Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies for mobile applications. - 15 years of full -time education required. - Must be based in the Chennai office.
