Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an AC Technician and Assistant AC Technician. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, as well as diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring efficient system operation. The selected candidate will collaborate with the team to address technical problems, troubleshoot system errors, and ensure smooth functioning of HVAC equipment based on the company's quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving HVAC-related issues, such as troubleshooting and electrical maintenance
  • Familiarity with basic plumbing tasks as well as HVAC system maintenance
  • Experience with preventative maintenance practices for air conditioning systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of EPA standards and safety practices
  • Strong skills in handling electricity-related tasks in HVAC systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to safety and quality standards
  • Relevant certifications or technical qualifications in HVAC or related fields are an advantage
