Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchandise Manager, based in Indore. The position involves overseeing the product assortment strategy, managing inventory, and driving sales to meet business objectives. The Senior Merchandise Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, and develop strategies for improving customer experience and achieving sales goals. Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with the sales and customer service teams to align efforts and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective coordination, relationship building, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Proven experience in Sales and Assortment planning to drive successful business strategies
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure smooth operations
  • Leadership and team management capabilities to guide cross-functional teams effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant experience in merchandise management or a similar role, preferably in the retail or supply chain sector
