About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for sales and business roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing experience, a sharp understanding of business requirements, and the ability to deliver quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for non-technical roles, primarily in Sales, Business Development, Collections and Operations
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build effective hiring strategies, and ensure smooth interview coordination
  • Source candidates using multiple channels - job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate fitment
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions
  • Drive a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate data and recruitment reports through the ATS or internal systems
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in hiring drives as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of proven experience in non-tech hiring, preferably focused on sales and business roles
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms such as Naukri, iimjobs, LinkedIn, Apna Jobs
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR or a related field
  • Hardcore Sourcer will be the plus to this role
