Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Optimizer cum Social Media Handler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns while managing and growing our social media presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
• Perform keyword research, SEO analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Schedule, post, and manage content to ensure consistent online activity.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
• Interact with followers and respond to comments/messages promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and ability to design simple visuals using tools like Canva.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
