  1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities in Fire Safety, CCTV, ELV & AMC services

  3. Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and field visits to generate leads

  4. Visit industrial areas, office buildings, hotels, hospitals, banks, schools, and government offices to promote Nexispro's services

  5. Client Relationship Management

  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

  7. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solutions & quotations

  8. Follow up for proposals, negotiations, and closure

  9. Digital Marketing & Branding

  10. Handle company presence on LinkedIn, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns & other platforms

  11. Assist in creating marketing content: flyers, brochures, posts, and presentations

  12. Promote AMC services & compliance offerings through online and offline campaigns

  13. Market Research

  14. Study competitor activities, pricing, and market trends

  15. Identify potential sectors: Banking, IT Parks, Hotels, Factories, Educational Institutes, Hospitals & Malls

  16. Coordination & Reporting

  17. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

  18. Maintain lead database and track conversion rates
  19. Coordinate with technical and documentation teams for smooth execution

Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate in Marketing / Business / Engineering / Any relevant field
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in B2B / technical service marketing (Fire safety or ELV preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, email communication, LinkedIn & CRM tools
  • Must be confident in field marketing + client meetings
  • Two-wheeler preferred (optional but beneficial)
