We are pleased to inform you of the following opportunity for Client Servicing - Activations with a 360° advertising and activations agency Mumbai.

JD :-
To effectively handle client servicing and project coordination responsibilities, ensuring smooth communication, on-ground execution, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Day-to-day coordination and follow-up on ongoing projects
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution
  • Visit project sites as needed for supervision and updates
  • Prepare and maintain project status reports and documentation
  • Manage and oversee on-ground brand communication and execution
  • Support in organizing and executing BTL activities and brand campaigns

Mandatory Skills :-

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to maintain structured communication with internal and external stakeholders

Optional/Preferred Skills :-

  • Exposure to BTL (Below The Line) marketing or event management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment
