Accounts and Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities Accounting
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP
- Assist in Finalization of accounts: prepare trial balance, profit & loss account, and balance sheet
- Handle GST filings – including preparation of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations
- Ensure TDS deduction, payment, and return filing
- Manage bank reconciliations, petty cash, receipts, and payments
- Create sales invoices and manage collections
- Issue cheques and oversee online payments
Executive Support
- Act as the primary point of contact between vendor, clients and office staff
- Email follow-ups regarding document status, invoice reminders, and updates
Administrative & Office Management
- Organize and maintain office filing systems (digital & physical)
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist in basic HR functions such as attendance, leave tracking, and maintaining employee records
- Ensure EPF and other statutory payments are on time.
Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and related compliances
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be based in or around Navi Mumbai
Work Timings
- Regular: Mon to Sat: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹180, ₹280,000.00 per year
