Key Responsibilities Accounting

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP
  • Assist in Finalization of accounts: prepare trial balance, profit & loss account, and balance sheet
  • Handle GST filings – including preparation of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations
  • Ensure TDS deduction, payment, and return filing
  • Manage bank reconciliations, petty cash, receipts, and payments
  • Create sales invoices and manage collections
  • Issue cheques and oversee online payments

Executive Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact between vendor, clients and office staff
  • Email follow-ups regarding document status, invoice reminders, and updates

Administrative & Office Management

  • Organize and maintain office filing systems (digital & physical)
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Assist in basic HR functions such as attendance, leave tracking, and maintaining employee records
  • Ensure EPF and other statutory payments are on time.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and related compliances
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must be based in or around Navi Mumbai

Work Timings

  • Regular: Mon to Sat: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180, ₹280,000.00 per year
