Role Overview
The Wealth Manager – HNI Acquisition will be responsible for acquiring and managing High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients and advising them on Equity-based investment products. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, an understanding of financial markets, and the ability to deliver monthly targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new HNI clients and grow the existing client base through relationship management and networking.
- Understand client investment objectives and risk appetite to recommend suitable equity-based investment solutions.
- Actively promote and sell financial products such as Equity, Mutual Funds, Derivatives, Commodities, PMS, and Structured Products.
- Maintain and grow the Asset Under Management (AUM) portfolio and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients and update recommendations as per market conditions.
- Stay informed about market trends, investment products, SEBI guidelines, taxation, and product suitability criteria.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide timely updates and reports to management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in direct selling of Equity/Mutual Funds/Commodity/Derivative investment products.
- Candidates with an existing AUM portfolio of
₹20 Crore or above
, along with a strong HNI network, will be preferred. - Strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and risk profiling.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
