Role & responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals (such as Naukri and LinkedIn), social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring requirements.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person), and assess candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and facilitate candidate feedback sessions.
  • Negotiate offers and handle pre-offer and pre-employment formalities, ensuring a smooth transition from selection to onboarding.
  • Support the offer generation, release, and acceptance process, ensuring timely and accurate communication with candidates.
  • Encourage and manage employee referral programs to maximize recruitment reach and quality.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and documentation.
  • Contribute to diversity and inclusion objectives within the recruitment process.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
