Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth. This role requires a results-driven marketer with strong expertise in paid ads, landing page optimization, social media strategy, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Ads & Campaign Management
  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, and ROI.
  • Landing Page & Funnel Optimization
  • Create high-converting landing pages tailored for campaigns.
  • Implement A/B testing for better performance.
  • Social Media Strategy & Promotion
  • Design and execute campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Grow brand presence and generate qualified leads through targeted strategies.
  • Content & Creative Direction
  • Guide content creation for ads, blogs, case studies, and social posts.
  • Collaborate on visuals, videos, and creatives aligned with campaigns.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Research competitors' digital strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Identify new channels for lead acquisition.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report campaign KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (3+ years preferred), preferably in B2B/industrial sectors.
  • Hands-on expertise in:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube Ads)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • SEO & SEM strategies
  • Strong knowledge of landing page tools (Unbounce, WordPress, or similar).
  • Proficiency with analytics & tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Creative skills with tools like Canva / Adobe Suite (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels and conversion strategies.
  • Excellent communication & reporting skills.

Engagement Details
