Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality TIG and ARC welding on various materials (steel, aluminum, etc.)
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures
• Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other metal preparation tools
• Inspect and test welds to ensure structural soundness and compliance with specifications
• Maintain welding equipment in safe and clean condition
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadline
• Skills & Qualifications Required:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in TIG and ARC welding
• Strong understanding of welding symbols, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Proficiency in working with stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum
• Knowledge of safety standards and welding procedures (ASME, AWS, etc.)
• Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, etc.)
• Certification in TIG or ARC welding (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to work in various positions (standing, kneeling, overhead)
• Basic knowledge of fabrication and fitting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
