Internship Duration:
3 Months (Extendable up to 6 Months based on performance)

Location:
Onsite – Jaipur

Stipend:
₹3,000/month (Subject to revision based on performance)

Certificate:
An Internship completion certificate will be provided

About the Role:

SWARAM Consultants is looking for a motivated and responsible
HR Intern
to join our team. This internship offers practical exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, operations, and social media coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and employee data management
  • Contribute to HR-related social media content and branding activities
  • Assist in organizing internal HR initiatives and events
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Graduate or pursuing post-graduation in HR or a related field (preferably BBA/MBA).
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally
  • Familiarity with MS Office and basic social media tools

Work Hours:

  • Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM

Work Mode:
Full-time, Onsite
