· Handle and record all cash, cheque, UPI, and bank payments/receipts related to patient billing, vendor payments, and other hospital expenses.

· Keep an accurate record of payables and receivables, ensuring timely payment to vendors and follow-up for dues.

.· Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and journals in compliance with Indian accounting standards and hospital policies.

· Enter and track daily transaction data (DTA entries) and assist in monthly closing and reporting.

· Maintain inventory records for medicines and consumables in coordination with the pharmacy or stores department.

· Coordinate with auditors during periodic audits; prepare and organize all necessary financial documents.

· Assist in salary and payroll processing

· Ensure compliance with applicable state and central tax laws and internal hospital accounting procedures.

· Knowhow of GST Portal, TDS etc.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,453.91 per month
