Require immediately for a leading STEEL INDUSTRIES and  a highly reputed Group for General manager ROLLING MILL (Tmt 8,10,12,16,20.25&32mm) at In charge of Operation & Maintenance  of ROLLING MILL at  KUTCH Gujrat Location ,

• looking after Operations & maintenance and increasing productivity in TMT bars.

To look after Daily Production & Maintenance.
 Handling of Raw Material to Finish Product.
 Daily/ Monthly production costing & analysing.
 Work Planning as per requirement of production.
 To communicate with Management for implementing at the work Designing & implementing systems, procedures & manuals for the preparation & maintenance of Rolling Mill.
Revising Rolling Mill Pass Design.
Ensuring optimum utilization of Rolling Mill Plant by increasing Yield and reducing cobble rate.
Adopting measures to increase production, viz. Pass Configuration and Guiding System Modification.
Conducting ISO and QS Audits; evaluating internal control systems/ procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings & implementing necessary recommendations.
Controlling Fuel & Power Consumption.
