MIS Programmer needs to be proficient in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Google Dashboards. The ideal candidate will posMIs progsess an analytical mindset and be adept at data cleaning, data wrangling, and data presentation, providing initial insights from data analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python and SQL to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Perform data cleaning and wrangling to prepare datasets for analysis, ensuring data is in a usable format.

Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Google Dashboards to effectively present findings and insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights based on analyses.

Identify patterns and trends in data, translating them into meaningful insights for stakeholders.

Assist in documenting processes and methodologies to improve data handling and reporting practices.

Competencies Required:

Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; proficiency in Power BI and experience with Google Dashboards.

Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets, identifying trends and patterns.

Expertise in creating visualizations that effectively communicate complex data.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support cross-functional data needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Masters degree in a similar field will be given preference.
