Lead - Networking Engineering Services

Experience/Domain Knowledge Needed :

Primary Skills (hands on with networking deployments mandatory requirement) :

- Network Routing & Switching, Checkpoint and FortiGate Firewalls and VMWare SDWAN.

- Technical Project management.

- Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE).

- Session Border Controllers (SBC).

- LDAP, AD LDS and Cisco Collaboration Hybrid Solutions.

- Cisco Webex Meetings, Video Conferencing and Control Hub.

Secondary Skills (Secondary Skills Good To Have) :

- Zscaler Internet access and Zscaler Private Access.

- Virtualisation (VMWare / Nutanix).

- AWS / Azure Cloud Technologies.

- Familiarity with automation and scripting (Eg. Network Automation).

- Cisco Control Hub, Cisco Webex Calling Multi-Tenant.

- Security and Hybrid Calendar Services.

- Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM).

Responsibilities :

- Design and propose high-level and low-level network architectures, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS and cloud connectivity.

- Support with Build and upgrade activities for the LAN, WAN, SD-WAN solutions.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and network-related projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

- Interact with Customers for understanding and supporting their requirements with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, and cloud connectivity.

- Lead solution design workshops and technical presentations for customers and stakeholders.

- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Unity Connection, Expressways, Webex Meeting, Webex Video Conferencing Devices and Management via. Control Hub.

- Sound knowledge on LDAP, AD LDS and Cisco Directory Connectors.

- Produce HLD/LLD documentation for Collaboration solutions.

- Create detailed design documents, implementation plans, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).

- Ensure proposed solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network design and security.

- Drive end-to-end project execution - from solutioning, planning, and implementation to testing and operational handover.

- The candidate should have around 7-10 years of relevant Infrastructure experience with excellent hands on experience on networking technologies & project management skills.

- B.Tech Computer Engineering/E&C/MCA/BSc/MSc Computer Science /IT.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.

- Proficiency in using project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet.

- Proven experience in handling vendor and stakeholder management across global teams.

- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly desirable.

- A fundamental grasp of AI tools will be an added benefit.

- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, SD-WAN (i.e. , Velocloud, Viptela, Versa, Meraki), and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple solution engagements simultaneously.
