  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Coding Web Pages: Creating and structuring websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Implementing Designs: Translating design mockups and wireframes into functional web pages.

  • Ensuring Cross-Browser Compatibility: Making sure websites look and function correctly across different browsers and devices.

  • Optimizing Performance: Writing efficient code and optimizing website speed and responsiveness.

  • Collaborating with Teams: Working with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to build and maintain websites.

  • Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing errors in website code and functionality.

  • Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping current with the latest web development technologies and best practices.

  • Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Essential for building and styling websites.

  • Understanding of Responsive Design: Ability to create websites that adapt to different screen sizes.

  • Knowledge of web standards and ​accessibility principles: Ensuring websites are accessible to all users.

Experience with version control systems (like Git): For managing code changes and collaborating with teams.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills: For identifying and resolving website issues.
