Neurologist for Medical College

  • Management of Neurological Disorders:
  • Provide care for a range of conditions such as:
  • Neurological Diseases: Stroke, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, and Parkinsons disease.
  • Seizure Disorders: Epilepsy, and other seizure-related conditions.
  • Neuromuscular Disorders: Myasthenia gravis, muscular dystrophy, and peripheral neuropathies.
  • Headaches & Migraines: Develop preventive strategies and manage episodic headaches and chronic migraines.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological symptoms (e.g., headaches, seizures, muscle weakness, dizziness).
  • Perform neurological exams, including evaluating reflexes, motor skills, cognitive function, and sensory responses.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as MRIs, CT scans, EEGs (electroencephalograms), and EMGs (electromyograms), to assess the nervous system.
  • Treatment & Management:
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for various neurological conditions.
  • Prescribe medications to manage symptoms of neurological diseases, such as anti-seizure drugs for epilepsy, medications for migraine relief, or treatments for neurodegenerative diseases.
  • Monitor patients response to treatment, adjust medications as needed, and manage side effects.

Qualification - MBBS, MD/DNB, DM/DNB
