Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Article Assistant. The Article Assistant will be involved in day-to-day activities including assisting with statutory and internal audits, preparing financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting taxation services, including GST filings and direct tax computations. The role will also include researching regulations, assisting with company law matters, and supporting the preparation of business valuation reports and other corporate services.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Auditing
  • Proficiency in Taxation, including GST, Direct Taxation, and Transfer Pricing
  • Understanding of Compliance areas like TDS, Company Law, and FEMA regulations
  • Proficiency in tools required for analysis and reporting, including Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Keen interest in building expertise in finance, audit, and taxation domains.
  • CA IPCC
  • Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi
