Location: Gotegaon (Near Jabalpur)

Reporting To: Managing Director

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager (Building Works) to lead all site-related activities — from planning and coordination to execution and quality control. You'll ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Review drawings, BOQs & specifications
  • Monitor daily site progress & prepare reports (DPR/MIS)
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors & consultants
  • Ensure quality, safety & timely completion of works
  • Plan material requirements & maintain records
  • Handle billing, estimation & site documentation

Qualifications & Experience-

  • Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Civil)
  • Experience: 10–12 years in building projects

Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, billing & estimation

Skills Required

  • Strong technical knowledge of building construction
  • Excellent planning, coordination & communication
  • Problem-solving mindset with leadership ability
  • Employment Type: Full-time
