Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) -Hair & Skin Aesthetic Doctor

  1. Aesthetic Treatments & Service Excellence


•   Perform advanced aesthetic procedures, including laser hair reduction, Botox, fillers, HydraFacial, medi-facials, PRP for face and hair, and other skin & hair treatments with precision.


•   Ensure customized treatment plans based on patient skin/hair type and concerns.


•   Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic dermatology and introduce innovative treatments to the clinic.


•   Maintain the highest safety, hygiene, and ethical standards while performing procedures.

  1. Patient Flow & Management


•   Ensure smooth scheduling and execution of treatments to avoid delays and enhance patient experience.


•   Conduct detailed consultations, explain procedures, expected results, and address patient concerns effectively.


•   Ensure proper pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions are communicated to patients.


•   Manage follow-ups , calling patient to generate flow in clinic and track patient progress for optimal treatment outcomes.

  1. Customer Service & Patient Satisfaction


•   Build strong rapport with patients to ensure a high retention rate.


•   Maintain a warm, professional, and trustworthy approach in patient interactions.


•   Handle patient feedback, queries, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.


•   Encourage patient testimonials and success stories to enhance clinic credibility.

  1. Revenue Growth & Clinic Profitability


•   Recommend complementary treatments, upsell higher-value procedures, and cross-sell skincare/haircare products for better patient outcomes and increased revenue.


•   Ensure high conversion rates from consultations to treatment sign-ups.


•   Promote membership plans and packages to encourage repeat visits.


•   Minimize treatment wastage and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.

  1. Business Development & Brand Growth


•   Contribute to clinic branding by participating in social media campaigns, live sessions, and expert Q&A on digital platforms.


•   Engage in local networking, collaborations, and events to enhance brand presence.


•   Stay ahead in the aesthetic industry by introducing new treatments and technologies that align with clinic growth.


•   Work with the marketing team to develop educational content, blogs, and promotional materials.

  1. Reporting & Compliance


•   Maintain detailed records of patient treatments, results, and progress.


•   Ensure compliance with medical, legal, and ethical standards in all procedures.


•   Generate and analyze reports on patient flow, treatment trends, and revenue contributions for continuous improvement.
