Position Overview: As a Video Editor, you will play a vital role in creating visually stunning videos that align with our brand image and objectives. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop high-quality visual assets for various digital platforms (Instagram Reels & Youtube shorts)and marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong creative flair, excellent design skills, and proficiency in video editing software.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and videos that convey key messages and enhance our brand identity across various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in design and messaging.
• Create compelling visual content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, infographics, banners, brochures, and presentations.
• Edit and enhance videos, including trimming footage, adding transitions, applying visual effects, and integrating audio to produce high-quality videos that engage and captivate the audience.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance the storytelling and visual impact of videos.
• Maintain an organized library of graphic assets, video footage, and project files to ensure easy access and efficient workflow.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and proactively bring new and innovative ideas to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and content, to ensure visuals align with overall brand strategy and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines in all design and video materials.
• Continuously refine and improve design processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for visual content and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor, preferably in a digital or marketing environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and animations that convey messages effectively.
• Strong video editing skills, including trimming, cropping, adding effects, and integrating audio.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within given timelines.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative design and video concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design and video editing work.
