Job Title: HR & Vendor Management Analyst Benefits & Wellbeing

Location: Chennai (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days WFH)

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR & Vendor Management Analyst to join our Benefits & Wellbeing Delivery team. The role involves managing third-party vendors, HR benefits, contracts, and insurance processes while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and risk management. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel and reporting skills, experience with vendor governance tools (SAP, ServiceNow, SharePoint), and excellent communication for stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Manage end-to-end vendor operations including onboarding, purchase orders, invoice tracking, and contract compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure timely payments and SLA adherence.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and support third-party governance activities.
  • Identify risks, address vendor escalations, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

HR Benefits & Wellbeing

  • Support life & medical insurance policy administration, premium reconciliation, and final settlements.
  • Handle employee benefits programs, gratuity, and payouts with accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain HR dashboards (headcount, transfers, exits) and publish periodic reports for leadership.
  • Manage SharePoint and ServiceNow documentation for HR policies, processes, and associate issues.
  • Partner with stakeholders on learning, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives.

Data & Reporting

  • Ensure accuracy in HR and vendor data through reconciliations and validations.
  • Create and publish dashboards, reports, and metrics to track process performance.
  • Support compliance, audits, and regulatory filings.

Profile Requirements

  • Education: MBA in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in HR operations, vendor management, contract management, or employee benefits administration.
  • Strong skills in Excel, reporting, and HRIS tools (SAP Fiori/SAP GUI, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, SharePoint).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in insurance/benefits processes, PO management, and SLA-driven service delivery.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
