Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Manjeri. The Telesales Specialist will handle outbound and inbound customer inquiries, promote products, and close sales over the phone. Daily responsibilities include building rapport with potential customers, responding to their needs, providing support, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining records of interactions, managing leads, and occasionally suggesting improvements to sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to provide an exceptional client experience
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with customers over the phone
• Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, pitch products, and close sales
• Ability to adapt to Training programs to continuously refine telesales techniques
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in using technology
• Previous experience in a telesales or customer-facing role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
