We are a reputed tour operator based in Delhi, looking for an experienced Visa Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of visa processes for all major countries and be capable of handling end-to-end visa documentation and coordination independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complete visa application process for multiple countries (tourist, business, and other categories).
  • Guide clients on required documentation, forms, and embassy/consulate requirements.
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers for submission and follow-ups.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, regulations, and processing timelines.
  • Manage visa fee payments, receipts, and related documentation.
  • Keep proper records of applications, approvals, and rejections.
  • Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams on application status.
  • Assist in resolving queries and issues related to visa processing.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in handling visas for multiple countries.
  • Strong knowledge of visa documentation, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Good English communication and coordination skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
