Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales role located in Vijayawada. The Bench Sales professional will be responsible for marketing IT consultants to clients, building new business relationships, and maintaining strong contacts with existing clients and vendors. The role also involves coordinating interview schedules, negotiating contract rates, following up with prospects, and ensuring successful placements for consultants. Preparing status updates and developing long-term partnerships with vendors are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in: Bench Sales, Cold Calling, Relationship Building, and Business Development
• Experience in Marketing IT Consultants to Clients and Vendors in the U.S.
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Rate Finalization
• Knowledge of U.S. recruitment processes, IT staffing, and related disciplines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet targets in time-sensitive environments
• Familiarity with Visa and Work Authorization processes in the U.S. (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or IT-related field preferred
