Role Description

• As part of Deutsche Bank group, DWS aims to strategically transform itself via Project Lighthouse as a standalone Asset Management operating platform; an ambitious project that delivers separated DWS Corporate Functions in the cloud with essential new capabilities, further enhancing DWS' highly competitive and agile Asset Management capability.

• The role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a high performing SAP S/4 transformation team implementing a strategic future state technology landscape for DWS Corporate Functions in Finance & Procurement areas.

• SAP MDG consultant will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering significant components of Master Data management. Candidate/Applicant should be able to build solutions to help achieve business data management objectives.  Key responsibilities of this role include active participation in the design of their solution components, investigating re-use, ensuring that solutions are fit for purpose, reliable, maintainable, and can be integrated successfully into the overall solution.

Your key responsibilities

• Individual contributor role as SAP MDG consultant, preferably with techno-functional experience in S4 Hana environment. Closely work with business to resolve Production support incidents and bug fixes/ small enhancements into existing MDG Functionalities.
• Should be able to understand, support, modify solutions in multiple areas of MDG module.
• Design and implement SAP MDG solutions for MDF-F and Business Partner objects. Understand and able to enhance Data Modelling, UI Modelling, Process Modelling, BRF+, Data replication framework, etc.
• Responsible for providing functional expertise, guidance and business support to end users.
• Work with application developers to resolve functional issues from UATs, and to help find solutions for various functional difficulty areas.
• Works closely with business analysts detailing proposed solutions and solution maintenance.
• Work with Application Management area for functional area trouble shooting and resolution to reported bugs / issues on applications.
• Business process & gap analysis, functional specification documentation, test plan preparations and execution.
• Responsible for making solution recommendations considering scope and client requirements for SAP master data management.
• Driving continuous improvement and a high-performance agile culture
• Ensure high quality standards by getting it "right the first time".

Your skills and experience

• More than 4 years of experience in SAP MDG including S4 HANA environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Data model enhancement, UI Modeling, Process Modeling, Data replication framework (DRF), Business rule framework (BRF +).
• Hand-on implementation experience in Business Partner and Financial Master Data objects.
• Good knowledge in activation and configuration of MDG module and components.
• Techno-functional experience in MDG module would be preferred.
• Exposure to SAP MDG Fiori Apps.
• Good communication and team player
• Rigorous, resourceful, adaptable with good attention to detail and strong project ownership
• Strong configuration management skills
• SAP MDG certifications preferred.
