Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to establish rapport and introduce our offerings
  • Engage in B2B sales conversations, effectively communicating the value propositions of our technology solutions
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
  • Qualify leads through strategic questioning, ensuring prospects align with our target market
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies
  • Maintain high levels of customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry understanding

Skills

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling roles with a focus on technology or business development
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales data
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and marketing strategies that drive lead generation and conversion
  • Ability to perform technical sales by understanding product features and translating them into customer benefits
  • Experience with CRM tools, telemarketing techniques, and warm calling approaches to maximize engagement
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward building long-term client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
