Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in-store management

  • Managing inward and outward in stores.
  • Coordinating with internal teams.
  • Maintaining inventory stock levels (min/ max/ buffer).
  • Preparing GRN on regular basis and ensuring proper material Inward after QC.
  • Stocking in the warehouse after its receipt and issuing as per requirement.
  • Managing/selling waste with the help of the maintenance head.
  • Responsible for the smooth operation of all storekeeping operations.
  • Maintaining housekeeping of store Area.
  • Updating internal customers for their requirements on regular basis.
  • Manage the purchase of consumables and report inventory variance to the purchase officer.
  • Prepare and Maintain GRN, Inventory, Inward / outward register, Rejection report, Vendor database, Scrap disposal records, Returnable / non-returnable gate pass.
  • Responsible for All Dispatches of Materials.
  • Transfer between stores/sites.
  • Managing multiple warehouses of both Unit 1 & Unit 2 as and when required.
  • Must be able to handle engineering, RM, FG & general store.
  • Flexible approach toward work allocation.
